Travel brands often sell destinations. Trivana needed to sell the feeling of the journey.

Most travel brands in this space lean on generic scenic imagery and package-first messaging that tells travellers very little about what makes the Northeast truly special. Trivana needed a brand identity that communicated depth, local knowledge, and genuine warmth without feeling like every other tour operator. Building that distinction through logo, website, and social media, while also establishing trust with travellers considering a region they may never have visited before, was the core challenge.

Goal

Build a travel brand that felt less like a service and more like a trusted local friend.

The aim was to position Trivana not as a vendor selling packages but as a guide inviting people into a world it knows and loves. Every brand decision, from the logo’s tone to the website’s voice to the social media content strategy, had to communicate that the people behind Trivana are from the Northeast, understand it deeply, and genuinely want to share it. The brand needed to inspire confidence in the planning and longing for the destination at the same time.

Result

A brand that made the Northeast feel unmissable and Trivana feel like the only way to experience it.

The identity, website, and social presence worked together to build a brand that felt distinctly local without feeling small. Package-led content for Kaziranga, Meghalaya, and Arunachal Pradesh gave prospective travellers a clear sense of what Trivana offered and how it offered it differently. The social feed built consistent desire for the region while establishing the brand’s voice as warm, knowledgeable, and deeply personal. Trivana launched looking and feeling exactly like what it was, a travel brand born from genuine love for the Northeast.
