How long does a branding project take?
A complete brand identity project typically takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on scope. This includes discovery, strategy, design rounds, and final delivery. Smaller projects – such as a logo refresh or visual system update — can be completed in 2 to 3 weeks. We provide a clear timeline in our proposal before any work begins.
You receive a complete set of production-ready files including AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, and PDF formats in all variants – primary logo, secondary logo, monochrome, reversed, and favicon versions. You also receive a comprehensive brand guidelines document covering logo usage, colour palette, typography, photography direction, and tone of voice. All working files are included.
Yes. We regularly work with businesses that have an existing logo and need a full identity system built around it, or that want their existing logo refined rather than replaced. We review what you have, assess what is working and what is not, and propose a clear scope before any design begins. If we believe the logo needs to be redesigned to support your growth, we will tell you honestly and explain why.
Yes. We work with clients across India, UAE, UK, Australia, Canada, and other markets. All discovery, feedback, and approval rounds are handled remotely through video calls, shared documents, and structured presentations. We coordinate across time zones and have a clear remote workflow that makes the process smooth regardless of where you are based.
Brand identity cost varies from projects to projects. Full brand identity systems including strategy, naming, visual system, brand guidelines, and art direction are priced based on scope. We provide a detailed, itemised proposal after an initial call so you know exactly what you are investing in and what you will receive.
We typically present two to three distinct brand directions, each with a clear strategic rationale. We do not present ten options and ask you to pick one — we present directions we genuinely believe in and can defend. From there, we refine the chosen direction through structured feedback rounds until it is exactly right.
Yes. If you have an existing identity but need clarity on positioning, audience, or brand voice, we offer brand strategy as a standalone engagement. This results in a clear brand strategy document — positioning statement, brand personality, audience definition, and competitive landscape — which can then inform your existing visual identity or a future redesign.
